What Does This Warranty Cover?
The Company disclaims any liability for product defect claims that are due to misuse, improper product selection and/or misapplication of the Products. The Company offers a limited one year, (365) day warranty for each of the Products. If, during the ninety (365) day warranty period (the “Warranty Period”), which shall commence on the original purchase date, a specific component of the Product fails, the Company will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges associated with sending the Product to the Company for repair and for its return to the purchaser. If, however, any component of the Product fails after the expiration of the Warranty Period, the warranty coverage does not extend to those components or to any damage they may cause. After the expiration of the Warranty Period, the Company shall not be responsible for the performance of the Products, including any component(s) that were repaired or replaced. This limited warranty shall not apply to failure caused by accident, alterations, misuse or abuse of the Products. This warranty is not transferrable. At all times, the purchase price of the Products shall be nonrefundable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may, in its discretion, accept the return of a new, unused Product in re-saleable condition subject to a thirty-five percent (35%) restocking fee and payment by the purchaser of all shipping charges associated with the return of the Product to the Company. If the Company determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the returned Product has been used, no refund shall be issued to the purchaser.
The Products are provided on an “as is” with all faults basis and with no warranty except the express warranty set forth above. To the maximum extent permissible by law, the Company disclaims all other warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranty of merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. The use of the Products is at the sole risk of the user. Under no circumstances shall the Company, its members, managers, officers, agents, employees, successors or assigns be liable for any injuries or damages whatsoever to any person or property arising from the use of the Products, which shall include, but not be limited to, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary or punitive damages. To the maximum extent permissible by law, the Company’s liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid for any Product that gives rise to any liability.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This Limited Warranty applies only to the hardware product manufactured or distributed by or for Co2 Cannon that can be identified by the Co2 Cannon trademark, trade name, or logo annexed to it. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-Co2 Cannonhardware product or any software, even if packaged or sold with the Co2 Cannon hardware. Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than Co2 Cannon, may provide their own warranties to the end user purchaser, butCo2 Cannon, in so far as permitted by law, provides their products “as is”. Software distributed by Co2 Cannon with or without the Co2 Cannon brand name (including, but not limited to system software) is not covered under this Limited Warranty. Refer to the licensing agreement accompanying the software for details of your rights with respect to its use. Co2 Cannon does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Co2 Cannon is not responsible for any damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use.
This warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials and workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports, that occurs after the product is purchased by the original end-user purchaser; (c) to damage caused by use with non-Co2 Cannonproducts; (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid spill or submersion, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (e) to damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Co2 Cannon; (f) to damage caused by service (including any type of service) performed by anyone who is not a representative or authorized service provider of Co2 Cannon; (g) to a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Co2 Cannon; or (h ) if any Co2 Cannon serial number, trademark, trade name, or logo has been removed or defaced.
Do not open the hardware product. Opening the hardware product may cause damage that is not covered by this warranty. Only Co2 Cannon or an authorized service provider should perform service on this hardware product.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AS PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CRYOFX SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. IF CRYOFX CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THEN TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY AND TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICE AS DETERMINED BY CRYOFX IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. No CryoFX reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms will not be affected or impaired.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BY PURCHASING ANY PRODUCTS FROM CRYOFX LLC, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT FULL (100%) RESPONSIBILITY OF USE AND OPERATION OF SAID PRODUCTS AND AGREE TO HOLD CRYOFX NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY USE, OPERATION, BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE; LOSS OF REVENUE; LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS ON CONTRACTS); LOSS OF THE USE OF MONEY; LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS; LOSS OF BUSINESS; LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY; LOSS OF GOODWILL; LOSS OF REPUTATION; LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO OR CORRUPTION OF DATA; OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, PROGRAMMING OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH THE CRYOFX PRODUCT, AND ANY FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA STORED ON THE PRODUCT. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY, IN FULL, TO DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS, OR ANY STATUTORY LIABILITY FOR INTENTIONAL AND GROSS NEGLIGENT ACTS AND/OR OMISSIONS.
How Do You Obtain Warranty Service?
For warranty service contact Co2 Cannon Service Department via text only at 929-269-2266 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). You must follow Co2 Cannon’s warranty processes and you must provide a copy of your original invoice or receipt, date of purchase, and/or internet transaction record.
Upon receipt of a replacement product or part, the original product or part becomes the property of Co2 Cannon and you, sender, agree to follow instructions, including, if required, arranging the return of original product or part to Co2 Cannon in a timely manner. Service options, parts availability and response times may vary according to the country in which service is requested. Service options are subject to change at any time. All returned service items whether under warranty or not, including shipping and associated shipping costs to Co2 Cannon facility, are the responsibility of the sender and must be pre-paid by the sender, except for warranty claims within the first 7 days of original purchase with prior approval from Co2 Cannon. No accessories should be shipped with the product. Co2 Cannon shall have no liability for loss or damage of accessories shipped with the product. Once a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) is received, all shipments should be directed to the following address. The RMA# must be included on the shipping label visible by Co2 Cannon receiving department and your tracking number of said shipment must be emailed.

For warranty and non-warranty exchange, service, or repair, sender shall comply with all applicable export laws and regulations and be responsible for all custom duties, V.A.T. and other associated taxes and charges. For international service, Co2 Cannon may repair or exchange defective products and parts with comparable products and parts that comply with local standards. In accordance with applicable law, Co2 Cannon may require that you furnish proof of purchase details and/or comply with registration requirements before receiving warranty service.
How Do Other Laws Affect This Warranty?
For consumers, who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations. Some countries, states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty or condition may last, so the limitations or exclusions described below may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by country, state or province. This limited warranty is governed by and construed under the laws of the country in which the product purchase took place.
Return & Exchange Policy
NO Returns, All sales are final.
• Exchange or merchandise credit available on orders damaged during shipping when reported within 72 hours of receiving (Per notice label attached to box)
• Exchanges available within 10 days of receipt, at the discretion of Co2 Cannon.
• Merchandise exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of receipt for consideration
• Domestic buyers pay return transportation expense
• International buyers pay all transportation expenses including taxes, duties, brokerage fees, etc. on exchanges
• Shipping charges, taxes, duties, etc. are non-refundable
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt
• All damage returns require an RMA# which can be obtained via text only 929-269-2266
• Product must be in “resalable as new” condition to qualify for an exchang
• Items returned in “resalable as new” condition are eligible for exchange less the original shipping expense incurred
• Items originally offered with “Free Shipping” will have the initial shipping cost incurred and charged before exchange is initiated
Special Exceptions The following items are ineligible for return and will be sent back at your expense if received by Co2 Cannon:
• Items returned without all original packaging and components, including the retail box, manuals, cables, etc.
• Items used, showing signs of use, or in non-resalable condition.
10-Day Exchange Period on most items! You have a full ten days from the date your merchandise is purchased to qualify for an exchange. The items must be back in the possession of Co2 Cannon within the allotted 10 day period. The product must be in a non-damaged, never used, resalable condition to qualify for an exchange. The customer is responsible for all transportation costs associated with returning the item back to Co2 Cannon. In the event that the item is defective, DOA or received in a damaged condition and is proven to be so, a return label may be issued to U.S. customers located within the 48 contiguous states only*. For exchanges of damaged, defective or DOA items within the 48 contiguous U.S. States, Co2 Cannon will pay for shipping of the new item back to the customer*. Please read the full return policy below for specific details.
Exceptions to the Exchange Policy
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Special orders are not exchangeable or refundable.
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee up to 35% will be charged on opened boxes and/or missing a material that is not returned back in “Like New” and re-saleable condition. A restocking fee greater than 35% may be charged on items found with missing materials, scratches, fingerprints, or in any condition which warrants item unavailable for “resalable as new” condition, at the sole discretion of Co2 Cannon. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged at which point it is eligible for an exchange of the same item.
Damaged or Defective Items
Damaged, defective and DOA items will be exchanged for the same item that was originally purchased. Defective, damaged and DOA items can be exchanged for a working unit with no restocking fee if reported within 72 hours. In the event that an item is received as defective, DOA or in a damaged condition and is proven to be so, a return label may be issued to U.S. customers located within the 48 contiguous states only*. For exchanges of proven damaged, defective or DOA items within the 48 contiguous U.S. States Co2 Cannonwill pay for shipping of the new item back to the customer*. Items that that have been damaged in transit must go through a claim process with the carrier. Co2 Cannon will handle such a claim with the carrier directly. If you’ve received and item that appears to have been damaged in transit please be sure to keep all packaging materials and contact Co2 Cannon immediately (within 72 hours) via telephone to notify us of the damage.
*Must be reported within 72 hours. All items will be inspected and thoroughly tested by a technician upon arrival back to Co2 Cannon. The customer will be fully responsible for all shipping costs, including any return labels sent on any damaged, defective or DOA items which are found to be in full working order and/or do not match the damage originally described.
Promotional Items, Rebates and Free Shipping
Any product that is returned without the promotional item(s) included with the original transaction will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount including gift card offers. This also includes the value of our Free Shipping promotion if the item is returned for credit. The initial outgoing shipping is free if you keep the item purchased. If you choose to return the item for a refund you will responsible to reimburse the cost incurred to have your package shipped. This cost will be deducted from your refund. Any product that was purchased when a mail-in rebate was available on the purchase is subject to having the amount of the rebate deducted from the refund amount. Any product for which a mail-in rebate has already been submitted is ineligible for a return.
International Customers
Co2 Cannon does not pay any postage (Incoming or outgoing, taxes, duties and/or brokerage fees) on International returns, exchanges or defective item replacements. All transportation costs including taxes, duties, additional charges, VAT’s and/or brokerage fees will solely be the buyer’s responsibility. As voltages and electrical power standards vary throughout the world, Co2 Cannon is not to be held liable for items that are ordered which do not natively function with the power standard (voltage) used in your country. All items will certainly function with the use of additional power accessories such as power transformers, converters and plug adapters though these items are never included with our items for sale. Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is to assume that all items we are offering for sale are meant to function at the North American power standard of 120 Volts as you are purchasing an item from the United States. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to research and ensure that any items purchased from Co2 Cannon will function properly with their local power standard. Co2 Cannon will not be held liable for any voltage incompatibilities or damage, which should occur from attempting to use a purchased item at an improper voltage.
How to handle your return
Simply contact a Customer Support Representative during business hours and we will issue an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #) after you’ve completed our RMA Authorization Form via email. We will not accept any return without an RMA # authorized from Co2 Cannon. RMA# MUST be present and visible on the outside of the box. If the RMA# is not visible or not included, it is at Co2 Cannon discretion to deny acceptance of package. If accepted, CryoFX shall hold no liability for tracking and inventory of said item/package. PLEASE BE SURE NOT TO WRITE ON OR MARK THE ORIGINAL BOX OF THE PRODUCT. ALL PRODUCTS SHOULD BE BOXED IN ANOTHER SHIPPING BOX FOR RETURN.

Note: Any products shipped to Co2 Cannon with or without an RMA#, which are found to be of another brand other than Co2 Cannon by means of Co2 Cannon internal tracking and verification methods, will become the property of Co2 Cannon. At Co2 Cannon sole discretion, these items may be made available for reclaiming, at which point will require a storage fee, handling fee, processing fee, and return fee to be paid, including all shipping expenses which will be responsibility of reclaiming party.
On proven defective, damaged or DOA items only we will issue a UPS return label for customers within the contiguous 48 U.S. States*. For non-defective items we recommend you insure the package and obtain tracking numbers for your records.
